The reality of trust came to pass the other day. You know we always use the word trust freely, but do you really think about the effects of trust? Do we really know how trust really feels, and the damage and hurt mistrust can bring? Here’s some food for thought…Trust is.. A child not knowing how to eat and their Mother feeds them. They trust she will feed them when they are hungry and it helps them live. #trust. When a baby can’t walk, and Mom has to carry it every day and not drop it. #trust. When you teach a kid to ride a bike and you tell them you’re gonna let go and they won’t fall. #trust When you put your kids in a car seat and they kiss you. #trust. When you are sincerely honest with someone and never let them down. #trust. A parent who can’t walk, and you carry them. #trust When you make a vow to a loved one to be there forever. #trust When you do all you can to not hurt a person. #trust. When you tell the truth knowing it will hurt. #trust.  Trust can make you, and trust can break you!!

Y’all get what I’m saying yet? Trust is such a powerful word and a much powerful tool! When someone trust you, and you feel you let them down, not only does it hurt that person, it hurts you. So when you know someone trusts you, cherish it. It’s hard to trust people these days and everyone has so many motives. So today, think about who you trust, and who trusts you. Show them gratitude. Because a person that trust you, truly cares about you. It may not be obvious, but it’s obvious. So be careful with the word. It has deeper meaning than you know. To the people that trust me, thank you for trusting and believing in me. I promise to never let you down or disappoint you. I respect your trust.

Hugs and Love,
